B & C Land- und Baumaschinen specializes in the sale of new and second-hand construction machinery, agricultural machinery, and related accessories.
All our machines are inspected, tested, and prepared before delivery to ensure quality and performance.
All prices displayed are expressed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
Payment methods accepted will be specified during the order process.
Orders are only confirmed once full or partial payment (as agreed) has been received.
We deliver all products directly to the client’s specified address.
Delivery times may vary depending on location, product type, and logistics availability.
Our team will provide estimated delivery dates and keep the client informed throughout the process.
Each client has 15 calendar days from the date of delivery to try and evaluate the machinery or product.
If, within this period, the client decides that the product does not meet their expectations, they have the right to return it free of charge.
The product must be returned in the same condition as received, without significant damage or modification.
Upon receipt and inspection, a full refund will be issued or an exchange may be offered, depending on the client’s preference.
B & C Land- und Baumaschinen will cover transport and return costs in such cases.
All our products and vehicles come with a warranty, the duration of which depends on the specific item purchased.
Our warranties range from 6 months up to 5 years, depending on the type, condition, and model of the machine.
The warranty covers mechanical or functional defects not caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, or improper handling.
Warranty details and duration are clearly stated in each purchase agreement or product information sheet before the sale is finalized.
During the warranty period, B & C Land- und Baumaschinen undertakes to repair or replace defective parts or, when necessary, replace the machine, at no cost to the client (excluding wear parts or damages resulting from improper use).
B & C Land- und Baumaschinen shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profits, or downtime caused by the use or inability to use the purchased product.
Our responsibility is limited to the value of the purchased item.
We respect your privacy. All client information is handled in accordance with current data protection laws (GDPR and applicable Swiss regulations).
We do not share your personal data with third parties except when necessary to complete a delivery or transaction.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the courts of Landquart, Switzerland, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
B & C Land- und Baumaschinen reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will be published on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting.
